Craft Sushi is proud to offer Springfield, MO’s first and only ‘build-your-own’ quick-service sushi roll and bowl restaurant option. Customers can create their own sushi rolls or bowls, or select items from our Signature menu.

We love providing our customers with the freshest ingredients possible. We do this by using local farms for our produce, including El Shaddai, MO’ Mushrooms and Springfield Family Microgreens. All of our food is prepared in-house every day using local, organic ingredients whenever possible.

Currently more than 50% of our produce is organically grown within 10 miles of our restaurants, including one local farm that grows exclusively for us!
